Payment by Invoice

Currently, invoice payments are not activated by default. If you wish to pay by invoice, please contact our support team at info@retueurope.eu with the following details:

Required Information for Invoice Creation:

For Individual Customers:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Shipping Address
• Phone Number
• Product(s) Name and Quantity
• Any Additional Notes or Special Requests

For Companies:

• Company Name
• Registration Number (if applicable)
• VAT Number (if applicable)
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address (if different from billing address)
• Contact Person Name and Email
• Phone Number
• Product(s) Name and Quantity
• Any Additional Notes or Special Requests

Invoice Processing & Order Fulfillment

• Once we receive your request, we will generate and send you an invoice for prepayment.
• The order will be processed and shipped only after the invoice payment is received.
• Payment details and instructions will be included in the invoice.
